ASHBLOOM

Rules

Ashbloom is a shared text roleplaying world. These rules are short on purpose. They exist so everyone can play safely, and so you know what is expected of you. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Notice.

18 or older

Ashbloom is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not ask for your date of birth. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

Your content

• Players write their own characters, speech, emotes, narration and other player-generated content. NPCs and some game systems use AI-generated content.
• Content may include adult, violent or dark themes. Nobody reviews content before it is posted.
• You are responsible for what you post.
• Player content, including adult content, may be processed by AI as described in the Privacy Notice. AI-generated NPCs may refuse some interactions.

Adult content

• Public areas are kept safe-for-work. Adult content belongs in private rooms and designated adult areas.
• Sexual content may only involve adult characters. Sexual content involving characters under 18, or presented as under 18, is not allowed.

Respect and consent between players

• When roleplaying with another player, get out-of-character agreement before starting intense or intimate content, and respect boundaries if they change.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing and targeting other players out of character are not allowed.
• Respect the privacy of other players. Do not share another player's private scene, messages or roleplay outside the game without their agreement.
• Do not put real-world personal or sensitive information into the game, yours or anyone else's. Ashbloom is not a place for secrets.

Moderation

You can report a scene from inside the game. Admins review reports and may warn, restrict or ban an account. Some moderation records may be kept after account deletion where needed to enforce bans or protect the service.
